Situated in the prestigious development of the Abbey At West Haven and overlooking the wetland / conservation area is Sunrise View - a beautifully designed holiday villa. Sunrise View is one of the 58 homes located in a single road and designed so that none of the homes back onto each other.

This holiday home is a great choice for families and groups and can accommodate up to 12 people. There are 5 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, fully air conditioned throughout and cable TV in all bedrooms. A PC with wireless broadband internet access is also provided. The fully fitted kitchen has every appliance that you might need and the breakfast bar separates the kitchen from the dining room, which includes a large dining table with 8 chairs. A high chair, buggy / stroller, baby monitor and two travel cot's are also provided - all free of charge.

Double sliding doors lead out to the covered lanai, perfect for outside dining and entertaining. Adjacent to the beautiful tiled pool is a 7ft Spa bath. There is also an outdoor shower on the pool deck. All doors leading from the villa to the lanai / pool area are alarmed for your children's safety. You can have fun in the new Games Room with 8ft slate bed Pool / Billiard table. We also provide our younger guests with a magnetic dartboard, Foosball, Air Hockey, Table Tennis, Billiards, Play Station, coloring books, pencils and jigsaws.

A 3-seater sofa, which converts into a queen size sofa bed in case of need, can be found in the loft. Sit and relax in this quite area after a day on the golf course or in the parks. You can look out over the conservation / wetlands area and spot the many different bird species or just relax reading a book while everyone else is in the pool.

Sunrise View is ideally situated close to some of Orlando’s famous attractions, such as Universal Studios, Disney World, Islands of Adventure, Sea World and Discovery Cove. The Abbey at West Haven is only under 1 hour from the Gulf Coast and just over 1 hour from Kennedy Space Centre. There is a Publix store at Champions Gate Plaza, together with other stores. Gas stations and fast food outlets are within easy reach. Champions Gate Golf resort is only two minutes away. Most Golf courses allow visitors to play without being members, but it is often necessary to book in advance.
