Villa Sunshine is a one-level villa with a magnificent 16-feet high cathedral ceiling. This luxurious fully air conditioned home has been constructed and equipped in order to provide you with upgraded levels of comfort - a living room with an entertainment center with Cable TV, DVD, VCR, a Game cube console and CD players. The two lavish master suites, with king and queen size beds, are each met with a large private bathroom whilst the two twin rooms share the third bathroom. This house can accommodate 10 adults comfortably.
There are also facilities for a baby - a crib, booster seat and a stroller. Enjoy a hearty breakfast in the kitchen which comes fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove and oven, BBQ grill, dish washer, microwave, toaster, blender and juicer and a coffee maker. The dinning room has a beautiful dining set. The Utility room has a washer, dryer, detergent, iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner.
The villa is licensed and equipped to meet all fire and safety requirements. The property management company - "Our House Florida" is on - call whenever you need.
