Gillian and Adrains Luxury Florida Villa

This Luxury villa is situated on Aylesbury, Davenport, a recently completed community located a few miles south of central Kissimmee. Disney World is 15 minutes away and the busy 192 highway with all its shops, rest aurants and attractions is only 10 minutes away.

The accommodation consists of four bedrooms, three double and one twin. The villa is fully air conditioned; the two masters each have en-suite bathrooms, with a third bathroom shared between the other two bedrooms. A sofa-bed provides additional sleeping for two, allowing up to ten guests to stay in the villa in comfort. All towels and linen are provided, and a cot and high chair are also available. A spacious family room with color cable television and VCR, and an adjoining dining area overlook the pool. The luxury kitchen is fully fitted with a washer and dryer in an adjacent utility room. The pool can also be seen from the kitchen enabling a watch to be kept on younger family members. Alarms are fitted on all doors and windows adjacent to the pool area for additional safety.

Our large 28-foot private pool is fully screened and overlooks orange groves. The pool can be heated if required and illuminated at night. The large pool deck has a covered area offering shade from the sun, with a table and chairs for al-fresco dining, and lighting for enjoying those balmy Florida evenings. Sun-loungers are provided on the pool deck. The silvery beaches of the Gulf Coast are only a 60 minute drive. Kennedy Space Centre and the Atlantic Coast are only 90 minutes by car.
