Sunny Villa rental home is part of the Bridgewater Crossing community wich is conveniently situated close to all amenities. This luxurious villa is fully equipped for all your holiday requirements. Sunny Villa furnished to a high standard, tastefully decorated and can comfortably cater for ten people and a baby.

It has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. A queen sofa bed is available for those extra 2 visitors. There is a highchair and a crib, which converts to a playpen available for your use. Bed linen, towels and pool towels are provided. The villa is fully air-conditioned with high vaulted ceilings, and beautiful ceramic tiles in the hallway, living room, kitchen and dining room. The bedrooms are fully carpeted and have ceiling fans. There are cable televisions, offering more than 80 channels, in all the bedrooms. In the family room there is a cable television, a DVD player, VCR and a CD player. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, blender and toaster. A separate laundry room has a washing machine and drier.

This Villa boasts with its own private, south facing swimming pool, which promises direct sun all day long! An elegant shaded lanai adjoins the pool, which is surrounded with decking. Poolside furniture and a selection of inflatables are available for use on the property. The pool can be heated for additional cost. There is also a games room with pool / billiard table.

For peace of mind there is a walk in medical centre at the Formosa Shopping Centre, 2 minutes away that is beside a drug store (Walgreens). The villa is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and the pool and garden are tended to weekly. Like most Florida villas, for the comfort and safety of our guests we have a no-smoking policy within the villa, which is fitted with smoke detectors that are linked to our security company.

Bridgewater Crossing is the closest residential community to some of the world’s famous theme parks – a major sought after area. Disney World is only 10 minutes away and Universal Studios 20 minutes. Champions Gate Golf resort is only two minutes away. Gas stations and fast food outlets are within easy reach.
