This comfortable, fully air-conditioned villa is home to 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Comprising of a master bedroom with en-suite, it can sleep up to 8 people. Hills Bay has been well furnished throughout and adds coziness to the Villa’s character.

Guests can recline in the living area and enjoy Cable TV, a DVD or a video, while the kids can find endless hours of entertainment on the Playstation 2 games console. Prepare gourmet meals for your family in the fully equipped kitchen.

There is a separate utilities room available and we have provided a selection of games, DVDs and books for our guests to peruse and enjoy.

Hills Bay’s pool deck is the perfect place to relax. With a wonderful screened area, the pool enjoys a premium amount of Florida sun and boasts panoramic views of the lake outside. BBQ facilities are available and there is a covered lanai suitable for al-fresco dining. Our specially-equipped games room comes with foosball, a pool table and darts board, ensuring quality family time.

Bridgewater Crossing also serves up a host of activities perfect for the whole family; these include, fishing, a communal swimming pool, tennis courts, volleyball court, basketball court, a picnic area and a children’s play area.
