The Florida Sunshine Villa

Spend a fantastic and carefree holiday at this luxurious villa situated in the exclusive development of Bridgewater Crossing, located just 10 minutes from Disney and 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport. Bridgewater Crossing, a 78-acre community nestled among 165 acres of wetland and placed for easy access to all the theme parks and attractions of Central Florida.

Ideally situated, this 4 Bedroom Villa comfortably sleeps 8-10 guests. Kick back in the comfortable lounge area with large screen television, DVD and video player with lots of films enough to keep you entertained when you come back from a long day at the them parks. The villa is equipped with Hi speed Wi/Fi Internet access. The fully fitted kitchen has an additional dining area/breakfast nook. Our formal dining room can cater for six. Guests have free use to the safe, and telephone calls to UK landlines, all US/Canada calls are free as well. For our youngest visitors we supply a Cot and Highchair.

Come back to a luxurious air-conditioned house and have all the space you need to spread out and unwind from a long and tiring day. The large private pool is screened and can be heated at an additional cost. The whole family will enjoy the games room fully equipped with an 8ft Pool Table, Foosball Table, electronic dartboard, Playstation 2, and for our youngest visitors we have board games and toys.

Interstate-4 is only minutes away from Bridgewater Crossing along with numerous Golf courses, including the new golf academy at Champions Gate, Southern Dunes, Orange Lake and The Legends, to name just a few. Bridgewater Crossing features the numerous community facilities including a swimming pool, tennis courts, volleyball, and basketball and picnic area. Literally a few minutes away from all amenities, this holiday villa is ideal for the perfect home-away-from-home holiday.
