The Palms

This lovely Villa is set in the secure and luxurious community of Bridgewater Crossing and is the ideal base for those planning a trip to Florida and Disney. Bridgewater Crossing is a peaceful secluded community within 165 acres of wetland / nature reserve and with a 45 acre deep lake. The Palms luxury Villa is fully licensed registered and managed by a professional management company ensuring that the lawns, pool and property are maintained to an immaculate standard. The Villa also employs the services of a 24hr emergency call-out co-coordinator.

The accommodation is fully air-conditioned and comprises of 4 luxury bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a spacious lounge, dining area with 32" cable TV, video, HiFi, fully equipped kitchen, including microwave, cooker, dishwasher and fridge freezer. There is a King size bed in the master bedroom along with cable TV, DVD player, computer with complementary high speed broadband internet access, en-suite bathroom and spacious walk-in wardrobe with safe. The room also benefits from a cot and high chair, which are also provided. The rest of the rooms are equally uniquely kitted out for their visitors.

The Palms Florida Villa has a private 30ft south facing pool (which can be heated during the cooler months) and spa, protected by a fine mesh screen but this does not impair your suntan. Why not relax, have a snack and soak up some of the Florida sun on the patio or go for a swim and relax by the pool and cabana. The pool is surrounded by a very large pool deck and ample space for sunbathing plus outdoor entertaining. Table, chairs and sun loungers are added for your comfort. A gas BBQ is provided for use. There is also a pleasant nature trail around the lake and ample bird life for the keen bird watcher.

The Villa at Bridgewater Crossing will provide a perfect base for you and your family to enjoy your holiday to the full. Located within 8 minutes of Disney's main gate, 4 minutes from Interstate 4, 7 minutes from Highway 192 and 25 minutes from Sea World and Universal Studios. There is a mini-market conveniently located only 500 yards from the villa and a large Publix supermarket about 5 minutes drive away. We are also just 1 mile from the Champions Gate Golf complex designed by Greg Norman.
