Situated on a tranquil development at Buenaventura Lakes, surrounded by lakes, Buenaventura Villa, with over 2100 sq. ft. of air conditioned luxury is a four bedroom spacious luxury villa, is in the midst of one of Orlando's most serene conservation areas. Buenaventura Villa, located a few miles from US 192, is the perfect springboard into Florida's major attractions such as Disney, Universal Studios, and many more.

Guests are made to feel comfortable and relaxed at Buenaventura Villa. The villa is spacious, comprising 4 bedrooms: one king (en-suite), 1 queen and two twin-bed bedrooms (one of which has been themed with younger guests in mind). Two extra bathrooms provide access to other guests.

The kitchen offers guests the full array of self-catering accessories to meet your needs, including: Ceramic (glass top) stove and oven; microwave; coffee-maker; dishwasher; waste disposal and a large American style fridge/freezer with an ice maker.

The utility room allows guests to wash their clothes.

Two family rooms have two large sofas.

One family room has a large TV and DVD player; the other family room has a CD stereo music system with a wide selection of music. A selection of books ensures entertainment for a relaxing read.

The private screened pool (28 ft x 15 ft) adds to the splendor of Buenaventura Villa. Poolside view faces South, overlooking a conservation area. relax in the newly added hot tub, where the warmth and comfort are sure to ease your mind and release tension. There is also a huge carpeted 28' x 10' covered lanai for escaping the intense heat of the mid-day sun. Furnished with sun loungers, a table and eight chairs for dining 'al-fresco', the patio area is perfect for those late evening sunset BBQ's. The pool can be heated during winter.

Visit Disney, just fifteen minutes away, or visit some world-famous beaches to bask in the Florida sunshine: Daytona and Cocoa beaches are within the hour's drive. Go deep-sea fishing at Port Canaveral, or visit the Kennedy Space Center. There are also many golf courses in the area for golfing enthusiasts.
