Ferrari House, a supreme luxury three bedroom villa is set on a lake front within Buenaventura Lakes, a wonderful lakes and woodlands conservation area. The property is based at the east end of the Osceola Parkway, which leads directly to Disney world. Within the area there are also a multitude of shops, restaurants, golf courses, shopping malls and other major theme park attractions such as Sea World, Universal Studios, Gatorworld and many more. There are also a few beaches nearby, such as Daytona beach.

Ferrari House consists of three bedrooms and sleeps up to seven people comfortably. The master bedroom has a double-bed with T.V., en suite shower, toilet and vanity unit. The second bedroom has a double bed, while the third bedroom has two single beds. There is a bathroom with bath, shower and toilet.

The superb kitchen is fully fitted, including cooker, dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer. The breakfast table and four chairs ensure that family time is convenient in the mornings. The open plan lounge/dining room is rounded off with tasteful finishing touches and includes a dining table with six chairs, digital T.V. showing Sky Sports and all the live English football matches.

For your peace of mind, the large double garage secures vehicles and also houses a washing machine and tumble dryer for your self-catering needs. The immaculate pool is very private, fully screened, with attached jacuzzi water feature. The pool is situated overlooking the lake front, allowing guests the perfect sunset views.
