The three-bedroom villa adjoins a west-facing large private lake. The master bedroom has a queen size double-bed, ceiling fan, built in wardrobes and and an en-suite bathroom. As if that were not enough custom-built satisfaction, the room further boasts a sliding glass door that opens out on to the pool deck. The second bedroom is equipped with a double bed, and the third room has two single beds. A third bathroom is shared. All bedrooms have a TV.

The convenient kitchen is fully accoutered to meet your self-catering needs, having all the necessary accessories such as a microwave, American-sized self-cleaning oven, a large fridge/freezer with auto ice maker, dishwasher, double sink with waste disposal unit, a toaster, electric kettle and a coffee maker for the coffee enthusiasts.

The large-ceiling of the lounge, with its immaculate couches constitute a very warm and welcoming lounge area, complete with a Sony 32 inch, 50 channel T.V., a VCR and a Sony radio/cassette/CD stereo system. The glass sliding doors lead directly on to the swimming pool area.

The large heatable pool area enjoys sunshine from mid-morning to evening, allowing you to take cool dips when you feel the need to refresh yourself, or to take a relaxing evening swim as the gorgeous sun melts gloriously at dusk.

Noted as a prestigious golfing area, Villa Orlando Florida is also snugly situated within the heart of Orlando's world of entertainment, and is within fifteen minutes drive of Disney. Visit the Busch Gardens, within forty minutes drive to relax or take a picnic.
