The entire villa is fully air conditioned, ensuring your comfort no matter what the weather. There are four gorgeous bedrooms available for occupancy, two of which have ensuite bathrooms.
The kitchen at Calabay Dawn has state of the art appliances and other luxury comforts, from a large fridge, microwave and cooker to a coffee maker, dishwasher and a wide variety of crockery and cutlery. There are also full laundry facilities available, including an iron and ironing board.
The spacious family room has high vaulted ceilings, and is fully carpeted with plush leather couches, one of which folds out into a comfortable queen sized bed. This room has everything needed for an entertaining night in, with a big television, Cable and a DVD player – all that’s missing is the hot popcorn!
Calabay Dawn boasts a magnificent private swimming pool, with a lovely sundeck, for those wishing to relax in the warm sun. And because of the pools underwater lighting, guests can enjoy this treat at all hours. If you’ve brought the kids along, don’t worry, as there is a removable child safety screen around the pool for their safety.
There is a children’s play area in the centre, as well as communal tennis and basketball courts, for a little outdoor entertainment. And guests will be glad to know that Calabay Dawn is perfectly centralized to a wide variety of Orlando’s famous attractions, like Disney and the amazing Champions Gate Golf Resort. There are also many supermarkets and up market restaurants close by.
