Two of the bedrooms are en-suite with queen size beds, television and sliding doors leading out onto the pool area. The other two bedrooms have twin beds, television, and share the third bathroom. A pull-out sofa provides sleeping space for an additional two guests. This spacious, privately owned, elegant villa is fully air-conditioned.
The large open plan lounge is equipped with cable television, DVD surround sound and CD player, and has patio doors which present guests with a stunning view of the gorgeous heated swimming pool. Underwater lighting creates a mystical appearance around the pool area. The south facing pool area is fully screened, and has sun all day long, and has fantastic extended views over the pine forest.
A separate dining room is available for more formal dining. The fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast area for more informal eating, and there is a separate laundry room.
All the doors and windows leading to the swimming pool area at Sunshine Villa, are fitted with child alarms. The villa is wheel chair accessible, child friendly, but there are no pets allowed.
