This stunning four-bedroom luxury villa offers one large family, or two smaller families the opportunity of enjoying a relaxing vacation in the heart of beautiful Florida. The two master suites have large ensuite bathrooms, with gorgeous walk-in closets, and magnificent views, with direct access to the pool area.

The other two twin-bedded rooms are ideal for the kids, with one of them boasting a fun Disney theme. These rooms share a big, sunny bathroom and both have cable TV, allowing the kids to watch their own movies in their rooms, while the adults watch sport in the lounge.

The spacious family room looks out over the pool area, with large patio doors leading out. This room was made for entertainment, with its enormous television, DVD and VCR player, as well as a Hi-Fi.

And for added entertainment, the Games Room at Calabay Parc Villa consists of a professional 8-foot pool table, many family board games and books, table football and for the more adventurous – there are mountain bikes available for a bit of exploration and exercise.

The kitchen is big and beautiful and contains all sorts of appliances and utensils, some of which include a huge American fridge-freezer, complete with an icemaker, an oven and microwave as well as a dishwasher for your convenience. There is also a separate laundry room with both a washer and a dryer, plus an iron and ironing board, ensuring that your clothes are perfectly pressed at all times!

Calabay Parc Villa has a formal dining room, as well as a charming breakfast nook for more casual meals. And if you’re in the mood for some fresh air, guests can enjoy a family barbecue outside on the sundeck, surrounding the pool. There are many relaxing sun loungers, for those that wish to catch a tan in the warm Orlando sunshine!

One thing is for sure – you won’t be bored while vacationing in Florida! Disney is just 10 minutes away from the villa, and for the golfing enthusiasts – Championsgate and Highlands Reserve are just 5 minutes away! There are also many unbelievable restaurants within walking distance of Calabay Parc Villa, as well as supermarkets and pharmacies.
