Our imposing villa is easily one of the top choice rentals occupying a prominent position within Calabay Parc. Luxury Villa is home to 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and offers no less than 4 master bedrooms with en-suites.

Fully air-conditioned and extravagantly furnished, this immaculate dwelling sleeps up to 10 people comfortably.

The rest of Luxury Villa is incredibly spacious and includes a large living area with an awesome 43" Projection TV and DVD home theater system, two very cozy dining areas and a professional business room. The business room is equipped with a broadband PC, fax/scanner/copier combo and has a TV, DVD and video machine when you get tired of using the internet.

There is also an incredible kitchen, fitted with every utensil needed to make all those special meals and there is a washing machine and tumble dryer available. All linens and towels have been supplied.

With many hours of glorious Florida sun guaranteed, the opulent pool deck feels like a true tropical paradise as it has been landscaped with Chinese palms and attractive colourful flowers. The pool, along with adjoining spa, allows guests to feel endlessly pampered and spoiled.

The huge lanai area provides ample shade and the leisurely pool furniture is perfect for lounging on. An electric BBQ has been included, for your convenience, and your complete privacy is ensured, as there are no other houses behind Luxury Villa.
