Situated in Davenport, just off Interstate 4 on Highway 27, the exclusive community of Calabay Parc is located. The exquisite Oleander Villa is within this prestigious and well maintained estate. Local amenities such as shops, supermarkets and restaurants are a few minutes drive.

The superbly designed Champions Gate Golf Course is a mere 5 minute drive. The magical and exciting Disney World is only 10 minutes from Oleander Villa. There are lots of other attractions such as Universal Studios and Wet ?n Wild to visit, and is 20 minutes from the villa. The villa is privately owned and managed.

Oleander Villa has four stylish and elegant bedrooms of which two has en-suite facilities. Bedrooms three and four share a full bathroom. Master bedroom 1 has a king size bed, a beautiful corner bath, television, DVD player, and leads out onto the pool area. The second master bedroom has a queen size bed, shower, television and VCR and also has access to the pool.

Bedrooms three and four have twin beds, and one of them is creatively decorated in a Disney theme, and a television. There is a double pull-out sofa that provides sleeping space for an additional two guests. All linen and towels are included, but guests are requested to bring their own beach towels. A cot, highchair, food and bottle warmer, and a changing mat are included in the facilities at no extra cost.

The living room and den area has cable television, a DVD, CD player, and an X-box for the young ones to play games. Toys, games and a variety of books are available for hours of leisure and pleasure. Oleander Villa is air-conditioned, and has a telephone. Local calls are free of charge.

The fully equipped kitchen has all the modern appliances available. There is an oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, ice maker and dishwasher, whilst the smaller appliances include a toaster, coffee maker and a mixer. The utility room features laundry facilities.

The gorgeous south facing L-shaped pool with corner spa, is completely screened which provide optimal privacy for enjoyable lounging around the pool. The covered patio area has plush furniture, and a ceiling fan. Underwater lighting extends a warm invitation for guests to take a plunge after dark. Pool/spa heating is available at extra cost. A removable safety fence around the pool ensures the safety of little ones, and there are alarms on the doors, ensuring safety and security.
