Seano Villa, a four bedroom luxury holiday villa, is nestled within Calabay Parc, an esteemed development unique for its conservation woodlands and orange groves. Calabay Parc is ideally and conveniently located on US 27 between Interstate 4 and US 192. It's proximity to the airport makes it easily reachable by weary long-distance travelers. It offers quick and easy access to the major theme parks in Orlando such as Disney World, MGM Studios, Universal Studios and the Kennedy Center.

Not only is this villa notable for its exceptional entertainment, but also for its accommodation. There are two master bedrooms, each with en suite bathrooms. There are also two double bedrooms with twin single beds and a Disney themed bedroom for the younger guests. There are no less than 7 cable TVs, 3 DVD players, and one VHS in the house. The kitchen is fully accoutered with all the amenities to serve your self-catering needs, including: a fridge/freezer with ice maker, a microwave, an electric oven, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, kettle, hand mixer, an electric can opener, crockery, cutlery, napkins and all the cutlery you need.

The games room is fantastic for entertainment value. The games room boasts a 6ft pool table, air hockey table and a wide variety of board games to chose from. With so many great features to chose from, it is difficult to chose a favorite. The exceptionally clean pool sparkles, welcoming a nice refreshing afternoon or evening swim. Guests enjoy relaxing on the patio furniture near the pool.

With so many exciting things to do in Orlando, it will be difficult to decide where to begin. Why not take a drive to world-famous Disney, a mere 15 minutes' drive, or visit Universal Studios, Sea World, Gator World and many more. Calabay Parc offers some activities in itself. A beautiful brook runs through the community. There is a nature/fitness trail nearby. There is also a children’s play area, tennis and basketball courts. Local shopping malls abound.
