Serenity

Serenity is situated in the luxurious and prestigious community of Calabay Parc. This popular community is truly beautiful with stunning surroundings of conservation woodland areas, and is set amongst orange groves. Disney World is 12 minutes from the development, and shops, supermarket, and Champions Gate Golf Course is situated just 5 minutes from the villa. Other major attractions in the area such as SeaWorld and Universal Studios, is approximately a 25 drive from Serenity.

Serenity is a luxurious 5 bed roomed villa, 1 master bedroom en-suite, and access to the pool area, 2 double bedrooms sharing a Jack and Jill themed bathroom, and 2 twin bedrooms sharing a third bathroom. Beautiful décor is present in the bedrooms and is furnished to a very high standard. All of the bedrooms are equipped with televisions and DVD players. Luxury towels and linen are provided at the villa.

There is an open-plan lounge / dining room where elegance and good taste is prevalent in the decor. Two double sofa beds provide additional sleeping space, and there is a television, DVD player and loads of DVD's. The lounge has patio doors that lead to the pool area. An second lounge / living area is located upstairs, and is a pleasant, charming, and relaxing room. The kids can keep themselves occupied with Play Station 2 games and many board games, whilst the parents can release all of the stress and relax in a vibrating massage chair. The games room has pool and air-hockey tables for hours of interactive fun. High speed internet access is available.

The all American kitchen is fully equipped with appliances such as a dishwasher, microwave, fridge / freezer, and oven and hob. The utility room has laundry facilities, and is equipped with a tumble dryer, washing machine, iron and ironing board.

A stunning screened pool invites guests to swim by day and underwater lighting provide opportunity to swim at night time. Luxurious sun loungers beckon guests to laze around the pool and soak up the rays of the Florida sun. The safety guard gate around the pool ensures the safety of young children, and there are armbands and inflatable rings. All the patio doors leading to the pool have security alarms. Serenity is maintained by an excellent management company, and guest can feel free to approach the staff with any queries or concerns that may arise.
