There are two master bedrooms, each with en suite bathrooms, one with king size bed, and the other with a queen size bed. Both master rooms have direct access to the lanai area. There are also two double bedrooms with twin single beds, sharing a third bathroom. The main living room provides a large TV, DVD, music centre, large sofa, two 2 seater love seats, and stools, making it a great place for many people to relax. There is also a lovely den with a large TV, Sony Playstation and queen size sofa bed.
The kitchen is fully accoutered with all modern conveniences including an upgraded refrigerator, with ice maker, ceramic hob cooker, microwave, dishwasher and a breakfast nook. The games room has a foosball table and an electronic darts board, providing the perfect place to have family fun, or for the younger ones to keep busy.
The extended south-facing pool deck has luxury patio furniture, a flawless pool, jacuzzi and a pool bathroom. Optional heating is available in cold months.
