You will be pleased by the attention to detail in this 5 bedroom Villa that comfortably sleeps 12 people. Ideal for friends and families to share. Fully air-conditioned it offers 3 master bedrooms & 2 twin rooms, all with ensuite bathrooms. For your entertainment there are is also Cable television, DVD players, CD players and a well stocked DVD Library. There are a Playstation 2 & classic board games in the main lounge as well as a games area with a pool table, a football table and a table tennis table for your fun. The primary master bedroom has a king size bed. The secondary master bedrooms have got a queen size sofa bed in the downstairs family room and queen size beds in the other two bedrooms. Of the two luxurious twin rooms, one is Disney themed. There is a bar-style breakfast nook as well as a second dining area where you can enjoy your favourite meals. The kitchen is extremely well equipped a large fridge-freezer combination, hob, a microwave oven, a dishwasher and all the kitchen utensils you could need are provided. All bed linen and towels are provided and there is a separate laundry area with a washing machine and a dryer. There is a south facing pool/spa with an extended deck area. There is also a lania covering a luxury patio area with designer furniture, sun-loungers and a ceiling fan. There is also a poolside water closet for your convenience.

It is only a couple of miles away from Highway 192 Where there are a wide choice of restaurants, supermarkets & shops. There are numerous Golf Courses in the area, the most notable is the Champions Gate golf course. We are also only 25min drive from Orlando International Airport. Calabay Parc is ideally situated for visits to Walt Disney World, but there are many other attractions as well such as the Kennedy Space Centre, Cape Canaveral, Daytona Beach, Busch Gardens, the Gulf Coast Beaches and the Everglades to the south. Other attractions include Seaworld Adventure Park, Gatorland, Universal Studios and the Florida Mall.
