The villa has four beautiful furnished bedrooms, three with full en-suite facilities, and another full bathroom is situated opposite the fourth bedroom. The two master bedrooms has king sized beds and the other two bedrooms has twin beds. All the rooms have Cable TV'S, linen and towels, as well as hairdryers. The large lounge is furnished in soft comfortable luxurious sofas, perfect for relaxing after a tiring day of activities.

Modern day equipment in the lounge area is a DVD player, large screen television, Playstation 2 with loads of games, and a VCR. A memory slot for downloading photos from a digital camera is built into the DVD player, and guests can view their memories of an action packed holiday on the big screen television. The roomy dining room has subtle soft lighting and a striking dining table, and is ideal for a large group of diners.

The kitchen at the Villa in Florida is equipped with all the convenience appliances, such as a microwave, fridge freezer, ice-maker, coffee-maker, oven and hob, dishwasher and toaster. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer for doing laundry. A cozy breakfast area overlooks the pool and spa, a perfect place for quick meals or just to sit and relax.
