The elegant villa sleeps up to 10 people in comfort. The master bedroom has a luxury bath and a separate shower room. The double room has an en suite bath and Shower. Upstairs, guests will find one double room with shower and fan, and two twin rooms that share a bath and shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with: gas cooker, double door fridge, microwave, dishwasher, a large washer and dryer, ensuring that your full self-catering needs are met.

There is a splendid lounge with cable T.V., and DVD. There is also a games room with comfortable brown-leather couches. An Internet access point is available in the house.

The resplendent sports pool is one of the largest pools in the Calabay development (34 x 22 ft.). Privacy is ensured. Relax in the pool spa, or lounge on the comfortable patio furniture. Located 10 minutes drive from the magical world of Disney, this villa is also close to some of Florida's other major attractions. Get wet and have some fun at Sea World and Wet n Wild, two of Florida's water theme parks, or visit Universal Studios, MGM Studios, the Kennedy Space Center, or take a picnic at Busch Gardens, all located nearby. The area is known as a popular golfing area, with many prestigious golf courses in close proximity. Shopping malls and restaurants are also nearby, ensuring that your stay is convenient as well as supremely luxurious and comfortable.
