The Blue Bird Villa in the beautiful neighborhood of Clear Creek situated just off US 27, one mile north of the busy US192. It is a quiet section that has a shopping plaza at the entrance. Blue Bird villa is on the south side of the road and backs onto nature conservation land. The Villa is in Woodridge estate, a quiet neighborhood of similar homes with a mixture of private residences and holiday lets. In addition, it is positioned just a short easy drive to US 192 where guests will find a variety of restaurants and fast-food outlets with some serving carabas, outback, red lobster, golden coral, all one could wish for and all are child friendly.

The Villa is only 8 miles from the renowned Walt Disney World, and it is an easy short drive. Both the Atlantic Ocean (Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral) and the Gulf (St Petersburg) are just about one-hour�s drive away; therefore it is perfectly located for visiting all the attractions and for quiet days on the beach.

This beautiful villa has four spacious bedrooms and three elegant bathrooms, two of them en-suite and can accommodate up to 10 people in comfort. There is over 2000 square feet of living space therefore it is suitable for a large family or two small families sharing as it comes with two master suites. The Blue Bird Villa has a fully equipped modern kitchen with breakfast bar as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer. The villa is fully air-conditioned and also has ceiling fans to ensure that guests are comfortable at all time. Guests can keep themselves entertained as this holiday home has a variety of entertainment facilities including Cable TV, games room, computer with high-speed internet connection and large private pool.

Blue Bird Villa faces south, therefore has the sun from dawn to dusk. The Lanai provides guests with shade if required. The pool is fully secured and enclosed with screen/netting to keep out the bugs/leaves. Being fenced both sides; the extended deck overlooks a nature reserve so is very private and not overlooked.
