At the entrance to Clear Creek community there is a shopping plaza, which houses a 24-hour supermarket, pharmacy, dry cleaners, pizza delivery, post office and a bank. There is also a new large Wal-Mart store just minutes from the estate entrance where guests can obtain all there requirements.

This luxury villa overlooks a stunning lake. Just imagine unwinding by the pool after a long day, watching the breathtaking sunset over the lake as you sip a cooling drink while the children play in the pool.

The Lake Retreat is a detached 3 bed roomed villa which has been designed to provide the ideal luxury family vacation home, sleeping up to eight people in style and comfort. It has 2 en-suite bedrooms and a Disney themed bedroom; it is perfect for two families, each with two children, or one big family, providing all the vacation home comforts and more. The master suites have queen size beds, large walk-in closet with lots of room for all holiday essentials as well as cable TV with a DVD player.

Air conditioning all over the house, combined with high cathedral ceilings presents a very comfortable and spacious environment. The villa has a fully fitted modern kitchen equipped with a full size cooker with a ceramic hob, dishwasher, huge fridge freezer, microwave, toaster and all the utensils, glass and china that guests could need. A separate laundry room contains a large washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

The roomy lounge is elegantly furnished in true Florida style, and also has the added bonus of cable TV, video and a CD player to entertain the whole family for hours. The large patio doors open out over the beautiful private pool with breathtaking views of the lake beyond.
