This family vacation home has 5 gracefully decorated Bedrooms and 3 dreamy Bathrooms (2 en-suite) sleeping up to 10 adults plus a baby. The Luxury villa has a large private screened south facing pool and spa overlooking the conservation area at Clear creek. There are two double bedrooms with en-suite facilities, plus a further three twin-bedded rooms serviced by the third bathroom, which also leads out onto the poolside. The furnishings and fittings are of a very high standard, based on a theme of blue and gold throughout. As a safety precaution, the doors to the pool are alarmed.

The kitchen, dining and living rooms are all open plan. The lounge area has two large and comfortable sofas, one of which can be converted into a double bed, plus a single chair. The villa has a variety of home entertainment facilities including Cable TV in the lounge and also a TV/Video in Master suite 1 and TV/DVD in Master suite 2. There is also Air Hockey, Electronic Darts and a Dual Player NBA Basketball system with digital scoring. The dining area has seating for six, and there is also a table with six chairs in the kitchen together with a small breakfast bar with two stools.
