It is just 10 minutes from the entrance to the grand Walt Disney World and 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport. The Mayley villa provides guests with supreme quality accommodation. The villa was completed in summer 2001 on the secluded and peaceful Clear Creek Estate. The suburb of Clear Creek close to dozens of terrific restaurants which are literally just a few minutes drive of the villa as well as Winn Dixie Market-place and a bank.

This magnificent family home has 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 ½ delightfully finished bathrooms and a detached villa overlooking a nature conservation area with woodland and small lakes. It is designed and fully fitted out as a luxury modern family home and can sleep up to 8 people making it perfect as a base for a family holiday in the theme parks, or economic accommodation for up to two couples, each with two children.
The villa is fully air-conditioned and has high cathedral ceilings and paddle fans in the bedrooms and family room to keep guests cool. All the furniture and fittings are of the highest quality and the villa has been color co-ordinated by excellent interior designers.
The modern kitchen is fully fitted all the necessary appliances including dishwasher, full size cooker, giant refrigerator with freezer, microwave oven, and an abundance of crockery and utensils. A telephone in the kitchen allow free local calls and pre-paid phone cards can be used for longer distance calls. The spacious family room has comfortable leather sofas, coffee tables, beautiful ambient lamps, silk plants, pictures and a cable TV and video.
There is a radio / CD and stereo unit which can provide hours of entertainment for all the family. In the family room an information folder containing brochures of activities available to guests can be found in the bookcase. The dining area can accommodate up to 8 people for dinner in style and comfort. Large glass patio doors open up to a covered porch (lanai) and pool patio area making a light and spacious room to relax or dine in during the day.
