Located on 14 minutes from the grand Walt Disney World is the wonderful Pebblecreek villa built in 2001. This beautiful family vacation home is set in the tranquil yet well positioned Clear Creek suburb at Woodridge only 1 mile north of the US-192 on US-27. This side is by far the easier one to use to travel to and from the theme parks at it has less traffic and faster moving roads.

The Pebblecreek villa has 4 elegantly finished bedrooms as well as 3 large deluxe bathrooms. The villa has 2 masters, both are en-suite and is ideal for large families and small families where even two families to share. This fully air-conditioned villa can sleep accommodate up to 10 guests in comfort and style, in over 1935 square feet of living space. The Pebblecreek villa comes with a quality furnished lounge, dining room, family room with big cable TV, DVD and VCR, fully equipped modern kitchen with breakfast bar, utility room with washer/dryer and two further twin bedrooms. Guests can also keep in touch using a brand new PC connected to high speed broadband internet.

Guests at the villa can relax by the large 30' x 14' screened pool overlooking the quiet woodland to the rear of the property, providing an unspoilt view. Visitors can also enjoy a variety of activities in and around the area including playing a game of tennis of a round of golf by the nearby golf courses. The villa also comes with a games room equipped with table tennis, bar football (foosball) and electronic darts.

In the neighbourhood guests can shop for groceries at Winn Dixie supermarket and also have access to a post office, bank, pizza delivery and fine local restaurants are only a short drive should guests not fancy cooking. There is also a new Wal-Mart that recently opened and stocks every essential which is just 3 minutes drive away. Visitors have easy access to both the I-4 and the US-192 to get to all the tourist attractions the area has to offer.
