The M&P Florida Villa has 3 lovely bedrooms and 2 wonderful bathrooms and sleep up to 8 people in comfort. The master bedroom has a queen-size four poster bed with Posturepaedic mattress, a 27 inch TV and DVD player, 70+ channel cable TV, unlimited internet access point, unlimited national and international phone calls, large walk-in wardrobe with built in safe, patio door to pool area and an en-suite bathroom with a double shower, corner bath and water closet.

The M&P Florida villa has been wonderfully fitted with the highest quality furnishings and deep pile carpets. There are ceiling fans in every room. Guests can find in the home a high chair and cot for the younger family members. The property is maintained and managed by a local management company that is available to guests 24/7 should they require assistance. They can also provide airport pick-ups for an additional charge. Also installed at the property for the safety of the guests are: smoke alarms, door alarms on all doors to the pool area, emergency lighting and fire extinguishers.

The modern Kitchen comes fully equipped with stove, microwave, fridge/freezer with ice maker, waste disposal unit, dishwasher and everything you need to cook and eat with. A wide range of entertainment facilities are available including, 33 inch flat screen TV with DVD player, cable TV, control point for house/pool area music system.
