Securely situated in a gated woodland community, this beautiful home offers guests stunning lake views and wonderful wildlife sightings, yet is also relatively close to superb restaurants and charming shops.

The bedrooms at Cumbrian Lakes Villa are marvelous and guaranteed to give you sweet dreams! The master bedroom is ensuite, with ample wardrobe space. Then there is another double room and two further twin bedded rooms for the younger guests. These last three bedrooms share two big bathrooms.

The lounge is comfortable with a calming ambience and like the rest of the villa it has air conditioning for your comfort. In here you’ll find a large TV with cable, a telephone from which you can make free local calls, and a DVD player for some great family viewing.

The large and light kitchen is fully equipped for a lengthy stay, with everything you’d find back at home. There is even an espresso coffee maker for great tasting coffee first thing in the morning. Guests can eat in the kitchen or rather in the formal dining room, for those special occasions.

The swimming pool at Cumbrian Lakes Villa is an absolute pleasure! With its’ warm heated water and extended sundeck – you’ll be in true holiday bliss here! But there’s even more to tempt you – a beautiful spa bath for the ultimate in pampering pleasure! There is also outside furniture, to allow you to enjoy lovely meals outside in the fresh air if you feel like it.

Cumbrian Lakes Villa is close to all of the wonderful attraction and activities that Orlando has to offer visitors. Whether it is your first time in the city or not, you’ll have an absolute ball at Disney, Sea World and Wet n’ Wild and will also love to visit The Kennedy Space Center. There are also numerous supermarkets within easy distance of the villa.
