Davenport Lakes is situated on Highway 27, and meets up a half a mile further with Highway 192, which presents quick and easy access to all the main attractions in the area, as well as to the wonderful World of Disneyland and exhilarating Theme Parks. The two water parks, Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon, is a gripping, thrilling and memorable adventure. The Interstate 4 is just minutes from the community and provides access to attractions further a field. Magnificent white sandy beaches near Tampa and Space Coast can be visited, as well as the Kennedy Space Centre, which offers guided NASA tours.

Davenport Lakes’ community is located in a private, gated, tranquil 400 acre lakeside setting. The palm-tree lined roads extend a friendly warm welcome to residents and visitors alike. A large sparkling swimming pool is on the premises for residents and visitors to enjoy, while basking in the warm Florida sunshine, and there is a playground to keep the children occupied. Other facilities include a scenic picnic area, tennis courts with floodlights, and a dock with direct access to the stunning fresh water lake, which is a fishermen’s haven. Fishing can be done from the pier, while taking in the natural beautiful surroundings of the community. Polo Park Golf Course is located within walking distance, but there are over a hundred others to visit in the area which is about a 15-20 minute drive.
