The exclusive Emerald Island is a vast 300 acres of open woodland and ensures security and privacy to all guests and residents. The home, appropriately named In The Sun, is found on the enclave of Emerald Island and boasts fabulous amenities. The community in which it stands has a shear abundance of facilities available to guests. These include a clubhouse with a games room, a community pool, a play area for children, a gym and a tiki bar. For the more active guests, a tennis court, volleyball court and various jogging routes have been provided.

6 fully air-conditioned bedrooms; 2 bedrooms contain 3 double beds each and another 2 contain 3 twin beds each. The fifth bedroom has been converted into a children's playroom that has a specialist Disney theme and the last bedroom is the master bedroom which boasts a bird's eye view of the fantastic fireworks display at Disney World. Each of the rooms is equipped with cable television as well as a DVD player, generous closet space and lots of storage space. The home provides a magnificent and exciting games room equipped with a full size pool table, an air hockey table, a stereo system and a Play station 2 with a full array of games to choose from. A fabulous and inviting crystal clear swimming pool is located outside. The oversize deck which overlooks the pool accommodates a substantial number of outdoor seating and guests can relax on the sun loungers provided on the deck. A covered porch also situated outside provides a welcome shade from the hot Florida Sun. The house also includes a living room area, a large and fully fitted kitchen, a lounge and a formal dining area for entertainment purposes. A large variety of shops, restaurants and night life activities are just a short drive away.

With all these luxuries, guests will find it hard to leave the house. But it is doubtful whether the magical allure of Disney World can be passed up. The home is a mere 2 minutes away from the world famous theme park and 10 minutes away from the fun-filled Sea World. The Universal Studios is also situated in close proximity to Emerald Island.
