"Nearest to Disney" is located in the extremely sought after area of Formosa Gardens safely situated in a gated estate and in the midst of beautifully landscaped gardens. The fact that the property is located so close to the magical kingdom of Disney makes it an ideal vacation venue.

With five spacious bedrooms, three bathrooms, this one storey home is ideal for disabled guests. The home is immaculately furnished equipped with all facilities to make your stay a pleasurable one. Three rooms are spacious and more suited for adults. The king size bedroom leads out to the pool area and have an en-suite bathroom whilst, both of the other adult bedrooms are located directly next to a bathroom and without any other bedrooms adjacent to it. The two queen size bedrooms also enjoy air-conditioning, wall to wall carpeting and ceiling fans as well as TV's with either DVD or CD players.

The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing hearty meals and has a comfortable breakfast nook which consists of a table and chairs which overlooks the pool. A formal dining room is perfect for a family of six and has a glass topped table with a tiffany style overhead light. A spacious lounge is kitted out with a large 55"flat screen Sony HDTV, with DVD player, and a library of DVD's for your entertainment. A stereo system with a collection of CD's has also been provided and a new addition to the area is the IPOD speaker ready for you to plug in and play.

Children are more than welcome on the property and should always be supervised especially because of the pool area. All exits onto the pool area are alarmed and a plastic play-pool for small children is supplied (children are still to be supervised). Pets are allowed on the premises but some rules need to be followed.

A lovely south facing pool is 30' X 15' in size, with an extra-large lanai and deck area, perfect for an outside Barbeque. There is plenty extra outdoor furniture such as sun loungers, recliners, chairs, tables, including a swing seat to relax in the mid day hours. The area can also be used as an outdoor dining area and the Disney fireworks are visible from here.
