The Sunshine Palms is located within the tranquil community of Greater Groves, Florida. With access to a community swimming pool, tennis courts and children's play area Greater groves is also only 5 minutes from the closest supermarkets. Only 13 miles from the main gates of Disney World the villa is an easy distance from most attractions. A 24 hour manned call-out facility is provided, for peace of mind.

Ample space for up to ten guests, the fully air-conditioned and stylishly furnished the villa comprise of four spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms. Two families can easily stay together in this spacious holiday home with two queen size beds in the first two rooms and twin singles in the remainder. A baby cot and high chair are provided should you have need of them. The kitchen is kitted with utensils and cutlery as well as everything needed to make a lovely family meal. You will find a dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer and full range cooker in the kitchen, plus many other supporting utilities in effortless range within the kitchen. Laundry facilities are easy to use and accessible through the garage with a fully automatic washing machine and tumble dryer.

There is enough space to unwind with two living rooms which comprise of comfortable furnishings and décor. Both rooms have access to televisions, DVD/VCR whilst only one has a PlayStation 2, as well as a computer with wireless fast speed broadband connection. Patio doors lead out from the main bedroom to the pool as well as access through the main living room area. The pool is large and approximately 3ft and the deep end approximately 6ft.
