Barbuda House is a rental villa is the ideal getaway big enough to comfortably accommodate two families. Situated in the luxurious community of Hampton Lakes this villa enjoys fantastic views and is central to all theme parks, amenities, golf resorts, airports and shopping malls. Hampton Lakes is set among orange groves and gently rolling hills. Communal facilities include children's playground, tennis courts, basketball court, beach volley ball court and an additional larger swimming pool.
Accommodation at Barbuda House consists of: The Villa boasts with 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms (en suite) with a games room, Jacuzzi and poolside bar. The Villa is completely private and enjoys beautiful views from the sunny pool deck. Fourteen guests can sleep here, very comfortably and cot and highchair are also provided for those most important little ones in the party.
All rooms have a walk in wardrobe. The master bedroom overlooks the pool and contains a safe. All rooms are tastefully furnished. The family room also provides a 7 seater settee and a 27 inch table. You can enjoy the pool table, PlayStaion, board games or read a book in our modest library. The kitchen is equipped with facilities you would expect: a full size self cleaning electric cooking range, microwave oven, dishwasher, waste disposal unit, fridge freezer coffee maker, blender, electric can opener.
The dining room has an 8 seater dining table and chairs. The telephone can be used for local calls - free of charge. Long distance and International calls can be made through the use of a prepaid telephone card which can be purchased at any drug store, convenience store, gas station or supermarket. The private pool is fully screened with fitted underwater lighting and a heater for the cooler months. The Jacuzzi can seat 6 people. The deck is equipped with ample poolside furniture and a gas BBQ. You will also find a bar fridge and a bathroom on the pool deck.
Barbuda House is only 15 minutes from World Drive, the entrance to Disney World, Animal Kingdom, Epcot Centre, MGM Studios, Blizzard Beach, Typhoon Lagoon, Pleasure Island, Disney Village and Downtown Disney. SeaWorld is 20 minutes away and within 30 minutes you can reach Universal Studios, Universal Islands of Adventure, Downtown Orlando, The Beltz outlets and Florida Mall (the states largest shopping mall).
