Cayman House

This up market villa is located in the community of Hampton Lakes just beyond the orange groves and a retention pond. The "Cayman House" is a private two-storey rental villa and comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests. Cayman house is also part of the prestigious Hampton Lakes community which is only 12 minutes from the entrance to the Disney Magic.

A large family or even two can easily get comfortable in this 5 bedrooms villa. There are 3 master en-suite bedrooms (1 King & 2 Queen) plus 2 further bedrooms that have a set of bunk beds and a single bed (sleeping 3). There are also 2 spacious sitting areas, 2 dining areas and a large games room.

The south facing sundeck, pool and Jacuzzi gets loads of sun all day and the unrestricted views. A complimentary deluxe gas barbecue (you may need to refill the gas bottle should it run out). Well equipped for small children, the villa comes complete with a complimentary cot & highchair as well as having safety alarms fitted on the patio doors to prevent children venturing out to the pool un-detected. We even provide a baby listening monitor.

We offer FREE - Unrestricted International, National & Local phone calls. The Cayman House is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and the pool and garden are tended to weekly. We have employed a professional (24 hour/7 days a week) management company to look after your every need.

Walk to the New Public supermarket on highway 27, with the new Wal-Mart 24hr Super Store only a further 2 minutes away. The villa is also only 20 minutes from some of the world's famous attractions such as Universal Studios and Sea World. Beaches are under an hours drive from the Villa and ample shopping and golf courses are in the area. On highway 192 there is an abundance of high quality restaurants, bars, shops & malls. The Premium Outlet Mall is only 15 minutes away and houses many designer label stores. There is a walk in medical centre approx 5 miles south on highway 27. There is also a drug store (Walgreen's) only 2 minutes south on highway 27.
