This Luxurious Florida Villa is located at the prestigious community of Hampton Lakes, which is situated on Highway 27, just 15 minutes from Disney World. The community has exclusive rights to the communal pool, tennis courts and volley ball court.

There is ample space for a large family in this 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home and can easily sleeps up to 10 people. The home is completely air conditioned and fully equipped for the ideal vacation. There are two living rooms. The main lounge has a 32 inch television, DVD player and video recorder, two sofas (one of which is a queen size sofa bed) whereas the secondary lounge has a CD/Radio/Cassette together with a further two sofas.

The kitchen is equipped ith a cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer -which includes an ice maker and waste disposal unit. The laundry facilities include a washing machine and tumble dryer. The dining room area is large and completely equipped for a formal dinner. There is also a separate breakfast nook.

Enjoy the magic of Disney clearly visible in the evening as the fireworks are clearly visible from your own private deck and screened pool. The oversized deck lies east west so that the sun is present all day and the large 30' x 15' pool can be heated in the colder months. The lanai provides a shaded area for a lovely breakfast or lunch.

This villa is ideally situated close to all amenities, theme parks, golf courses and beaches are only an hours' drive. Hampton Lakes situated on US 27, close to both Interstate 4 and the 192 is close to Publix and Wallmart Supermarkets as well as many great restaurants. Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Sea World, Discovery Cove, Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, and MGM Studios are under an a half hour from the villa.
