This Orlando lake villa is situated in the community of Hampton Lakes - a prestigious communities close to all amenities, shopping malls, golf courses and some of the world most famous attractions such as Universal Studios, Disney World, and Sea World.

The four bedroom, three bathroom home can sleep up to ten people and every room has an additional ceiling fan. The lounge is adjacent to the elegant dining room. We have a total of five televisions with DVD and VCR's. Separate laundry facilities include the use of a washer and dryer. A cot, play pen, highchair and stroller are supplied without any charge. The kitchen has a breakfast area and fully equipped to prepare special meals. The kitchen has an electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer, ice and coffee makers.

This fully air conditioned villa has the luxury of High speed internet access available for computers with Ethernet network adapter. In addition, wireless access point available for use with correctly configured computers with wireless networking capability. For your further enjoyment there is a games room with a full-size Pool table, Foosball & Air Hockey. The 30' pool is completely private and has a 40' screened lanai and extended decking with top quality pool furniture. Please note that this property is designated non-smoking, and although we love animals, sorry but no pets are allowed!

You as a visitor can enjoy the communal facilities - volleyball, tennis court, and pool. The villa is extremely secure with our management company on 24/7 stand you will find them very friendly and helpful should you have any questions or problems during your stay. It is ideally located for three major airports, visiting East and West coast of Florida, theme parks, playing golf, shopping or just relaxing by your own pool overlooking the wildlife on the lake. Bird watchers will love the ample bird life in the area. Two major supermarkets are only 5 minutes drive away and there are a multitude of small, good quality family restaurants as well as all of the national chain restaurants along Highway 192.
