A dining room is adjacent to the one lounge and can cater for formal dinners. The kitchen's breakfast nook overlooks the pool area and there is a separate pantry leading off from the fully fitted kitchen as well as a utility room with laundry facilities. This includes a washer, tumble dryer, iron etc. The utility room also leads into the double garage.
The bedrooms are huge with plenty of walk-in wardrobe space, en-suite with corner bath, walk-in shower, double marble wash basins and door to separate toilet with further marble washbasin. The second bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe as well, whereas the other rooms have full size wardrobes and access to a full bathroom via the hallway. Equally, both coasts are within easy reach using Interstate 4 with Cocoa Beach and Kennedy Space Centre about 1 hours drive away, whilst Tampa and the white sands of the Gulf coast can be reached comfortably within 1 1/2 hours. There are numerous golf courses within 30 minutes drive.
