This air conditioned villa is beautifully decorated and still maintains to be a home away from home. With 2 lounges, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this villa can easily accommodate up to 10 people. The lounge is laid out with comfortable sofas and a TV, VCR and DVD. A dining room is adjacent to the one lounge and can cater for formal dinners. The kitchen’s breakfast nook overlooks the pool area and there is a separate pantry leading off from the fully fitted kitchen as well as a utility room with laundry facilities. This includes a washer, tumble dryer, iron etc. The utility room also leads into the double garage.

The bedrooms are huge with plenty of walk-in wardrobe space, en-suite with corner bath, walk-in shower, double marble wash basins and door to separate toilet with further marble washbasin. The second bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe as well, whereas the other rooms have full size wardrobes and access to a full bathroom via the hallway. The pool is south facing with luxury sun loungers and patio suite for your relaxation under the covered lanai area and a barbecue for your use. The pool is fully screened, can be lit at night and is fenced affording complete privacy.

Communal facilities at Hampton Lakes include children's playground, tennis courts, basketball court, beach volley ball court and an additional larger swimming pool. The Villa is only 15 minutes from World Drive, the entrance to Disney World, Animal Kingdom, MGM Studios, Blizzard Beach, Typhoon Lagoon, Pleasure Island, Disney Village and Downtown Disney.

SeaWorld is 20 minutes away and within 30 minutes you can reach Universal Studios, Universal Islands of Adventure, Downtown Orlando, The Beltz outlets and Florida Mall – one of the states largest shopping malls. Equally, both coasts are within easy reach using Interstate 4 with Cocoa Beach and Kennedy Space Centre about 1 hours drive away, whilst Tampa and the white sands of the Gulf coast can be reached comfortably within 1 1/2 hours. There are numerous golf courses within 30 minutes drive.
