The Meadows

Located in the heart of some of the world's most famous attraction is this executive villa called The Meadows. The Meadows is one of the Villas located within the community of Hampton Lakes and within reach of three major airports and set amongst the orange groves and rolling hills of highway 27, you are just minutes to shops, restaurants and the main routes of Interstate 4 and Highway 192.

Hampton Lakes have two large lakes and communal facilities include the children's playground, floodlit basketball, tennis and volley ball courts and a large swimming pool, adjacent to the Highland Reserve Championship golf course and there is a further twenty golf courses within 30 minutes drive.

This two storey villa is able to sleep fourteen guests comfortably and has a cot for those smaller visitors. The Master bedroom overlooks the pool and has a walk-in wardrobe. Three main bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. All rooms have walk in wardrobes. And either has a double bed or 2 twin beds in the room. Only the Nemo? theme bedroom has 3 single beds. Air conditioned and equipped with ceiling fans in the principle rooms this executive villa has a spacious 19ft x 14ft living room with vaulted ceiling overlooking and providing access to the pool and patio area.

The lounge is furnished in a typical Floridian style, including a 55inch remote control cable TV. There is an additional living room to the main family room including a 7 seat settee and 27 inch cable TV. There is also a fully equipped pool table and football table as an extra touch for your enjoyment. For those who wish to relax in other ways, we have also provided a number of family games and a small library for your enjoyment. The centrally located kitchen is fully fitted with a four seated breakfast bar and a telephone from where guests can make local calls free of charge.

Long distance and International calls can be made through the use of a pre-paid telephone card which can be purchased at any drug store, convenience store, gas station or supermarket not far from the villa.The Laundry has a commercial automatic washing machine and tumble dryer. The screened south facing pool is 40' x 25' and the pool deck is fully furnished with ample comfortable sun beds, reclining chairs, a picnic table with parasol and a gas fired BBQ.

Universal Studios, Disney and sea World is located a few minutes from the villa. Our local representatives ensure that the property is cleaned and maintained to the highest standards. They are always on hand to assist in any way possible in order to ensure that you have a trouble free holiday.
