This privately owned villa is equipped to satisfy all your accommodation needs. This spacious villa can host up to 8 people comfortably. The bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans, cable, TV’s and all four bedrooms are spacious and tastefully designed All your linen and bedding are supplied. The master bedroom overlooks the pool. Direct access to the screened pool is provided by a door from the adjoining bathroom. A single cot and high chair is provided at the villa for your younger members of the family but additions if required can be arranged at a rental charge through our home management company.

Free use of the villa computer, free broadband wireless internet access, free unlimited worldwide call facility using Skype, cable TV in all bedrooms, fully air-conditioned rooms throughout and ceiling fans to circulate the air for greater comfort. The private 26’13’ screened pool and lanai has a childproof safety fence and an extra surrounding fence for privacy. The patio area provides a complete set of furniture including sun-beds and cushions.

The villa is located conveniently close to all Orlando’s world famous attractions, shopping areas, restaurants, golf courses etc for the whole family to enjoy. Disney is only 15 minutes from the villa and only 10 minutes further you will find Universal Studios, Wet and Wild and Sea World. Orlando Airport is really close at only a half hours drive. You can also enjoy the beaches which are under an hours drive from the villa.

The nearest reserve is only 2 minutes away. Keen gofers will be very excited to visit the ChamptionsGate Golf Resort. Shopping and a large Publix Supermarket is almost on your doorstep. Our helpful management Company is on hand for questions, emergencies and for helpful hints in getting the most out of your holiday and are only a phone call away.
