Situated in the tranquil community of Hampton Lakes is this air conditioned villa just minutes away from the magic of Disney World and not too far from some of the worlds' most famous attractions. The community of Hampton Lakes can enjoy the many facilities such as tennis, basketball and volleyball courts.

Come home to a beautifully designed 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home is tastefully decorated and can cater up to ten individuals. The kitchen can cater for up to 10 persons and is adjacent to the elegant dining room. The large table will comfortably seat 6 adults. You will find the villa equipped with ample (12) place settings, both red and white wine glasses, linen napkins and place mats.

The villa boasts with internet access, cable TV in all bedrooms, and TV and DVD in lounge We supply a selection of videos, DVD's and PS2 games suitable for children and adults, plenty of towels so don't take any, bed linen are supplied, telephones in bedrooms and kitchen and welcome pack for all our guests. The two large bedrooms each have a king size bed and en-suite bathrooms while the kids' room has bunk beds which sleep 4. There is also an extra beautifully decorated and appointed twin bedroom. Baby is catered for.

The games room has a pool table, table tennis and air hockey suited for the whole family. There are alarms on all doors and windows leading to pool and the family can enjoy the large pool with its extended deck. Poolside furniture is supplied - a table and loads of comfortable sun loungers. The pool is screened for your complete privacy.

Hampton Lakes situated on US 27, close to both Interstate 4 and the 192 is close to Publix and Wallmart Supermarkets as well as many great restaurants. Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Sea World, Discovery Cove, Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, and MGM Studios are under an a half hour from the villa. You can easily access the beaches which are also only an hour's drive from the community.
