Situated in the heart of Orlando, is the tranquil community of High Grove. The Community facilities include a communal club house and a large community pool. You also have access to the sports lounge which will give you and your family the chance to meet new friends whilst staying at the villa. The children will be entertained at the children’s play area located on the grounds entirely safe and secure.

This fantastic double storey villa boasts with 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Master bedroom is a very roomy with king size bed, sitting area with large TV, walk-in wardrobe, en-suite offering oversize showering facility. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, with large walk-in wardrobes, ceiling fan, TV and overlooks the pool and patio area whilst the third bedroom as well as the fourth have built in wardrobes, TV’s, ceiling fans and share the third bathroom. One room overlooks the pool and one overlooks the front garden. All bedrooms have power sockets and high quality linen.

There are two large family living room areas are comfortable and roomy with large leather couches, a large TV, DVD Player, PlayStation2 with a numerous games to keep the young at heart entertained. There is also dining room with ample space for the family to enjoy a home cooked meal. The kitchen has an exclusive dining area and fully fitted conveniences, including a large cooker, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer, kettle, iron, and ironing-board, waste disposal unit, ice-maker, dinnerware, cutlery, cooking utensils, cooking pans, oven dishes, glassware and all home from home basics. There is also an additional laundry and utility room with a large washing machine, tumble drier and stores vacuum cleaner, brooms and other cleaning utensils.

Guests can have the pool heated at an additional cost during the colder months. The large South facing pool is completely screened. With a Mediterranean style block paving around the pool there is enough space for sun loungers and sofas including covered lanai offer shading from the bright Florida sun. Outside dining facilities are also available. The house also has a double garage is available to store your vehicles.

My Sunshine Villa is merely 6 miles from the thrilling world of Disney and just as close to all of Florida’s other world famous attractions, including golf courses, Airports, beaches and premium shopping facilities. Sea World, Universal Studios, Discovery Cover are under a half hours drive from the community and Kennedy Space Center as well as most beaches are approximately an 1 hour and 10 minute drive.
