The villa has four fully furnished bedrooms, comfortably sleeping between 2-10 guests, and 3 bathrooms. There are two luxurious master suites, each with a private full bathroom, and two additional twin bedded rooms. All bedrooms have great, walk-in wardrobes and high quality bed-linens, while benefiting from cable TV. The first master suite boasts a large marble whirlpool Jacuzzi and provides direct access to the pool area.

The first of two living rooms is elegantly furnished, leading to all areas of the villa, and has direct access to the pool and deck area via patio doors. A complimentary desktop PC, with high-speed broadband access, can be found in the smaller family room. This comes complete with a queen-sized sofa bed and an extensive collection of books to peruse. There are three dining areas within the villa, providing sufficient space for large parties of guests: the formal dining room, the breakfast nook area, or outside under the covered lanai, which is ideal for al fresco dining. The kitchen is magnificent and fully-fitted with a separate utility room.

The fully decorated games room boasts a full-sized pool table, a full-sized air hockey table and table football. The villa benefits from a private, screened pool, which receives sun throughout the day. It has an extended deck area which includes a large, furnished and shaded enclosing. Unlike other Florida villas, the area is discrete, ensuring guests’ complete privacy .

There is also a championship 18-hole golf course on location and guests are treated to complimentary use of on-site tennis courts. Special requests such as discount tickets to theme parks, can be arranged.
