Florida Wow Villa is located just off US 192, within the peaceful beautiful community of Indian Point. A variety of restaurants, a superstore and numerous golf courses are located just a few minutes from the villa. Disney World and other major attractions are easily accessed within 15-20 minutes. The community is maintained to a high standard and patrolled by security 24 hours a day. Community facilities include a pool, tennis court and a play area for the tots.

This lovely family orientated luxury villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Master bedroom one has a gorgeous king size bed with a beautiful en-suite bathroom. Bedroom two has a quality queen size bed with en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms three, decorated with a jungle theme, and bedroom four have twin beds and share a bathroom. A roll away bed in bedroom three provide additional sleeping space, and has a cot for an infant. All of the bedrooms have televisions, and bedroom 4 has a PlayStation 2 game console to entertain the younger generation.

The spacious lounge / family room, with dining area, have a splendid view onto the pool area. The room is equipped with an entertainment unit which features cable television, VCR, DVD player and DVD's. There are also a selection of games and books to keep the whole family occupied. A fully equipped kitchen features all of the convenience appliances, utensils and crockery a guest could ever need.

A fabulous south facing pool is heated all year round, and a covered lanai area has luxurious sun loungers and table and chairs. The extended deck is a wonderful private spot to soak up the sun or just to lay back and relax.

The very large garage has been converted to a games room and has a pool table, air-hockey, dart board, table football and boccaball to entertain the whole family. A large ceiling fan has been installed as this area is not air-conditioned. The games room doubles as a utility area for laundry facilities.

The owner of Florida Wow Villa has purchased a mobility scooter and a special adjustable shower / bath seat to aid the less mobile guest.
