Indian Ridge Oaks Villa

This luxurious home can host a total of six people comfortably with access to the community facilities in the tranquil Indian Ridge Oaks which is a very peaceful residential development yet very close to Disney World.

This well-appointed three double bedroom and two bathroom home is fully air conditioned and alarmed to highest standard. The villa is completely secure and comprise of a lovely spacious lounge adjacent to the dining room and kitchen with breakfast area overlooking the pool. The bedrooms have ample wardrobe space and equipped with extra ceiling fans. Guests have access to hairdryers, radio alarm clocks, televisions and fresh linen in the rooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite with a double sized shower, toilet, washer basin with cupboards below and a walk-in closet whilst the other rooms utilize the centrally located bathroom with bath/shower, vanity unit, toilet and linen cupboard.

The living room has ample comfy sofas with full cable TV is installed with a VCR, DVD player and a CD player. The dining room has a formal dining table able to seat six. The kitchen has all the conveniences equipped to create a home cooked meal such as a large electric cooker, fridge/freezer with ice maker, waste disposal, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, an iron and ironing board. Plus the complete supply of crockery, cutlery and utensils. The pool is large, maintained and can be heated at an extra cost during the colder months. There is also a Jacuzzi and the whole pool area is fully screened. The pool backs onto a conservation area offering a lovely serene view and ample bird life. All bed linen and towels are supplied, including six pool towels. A high chair, travel cot and a child's car seat are supplied for the little one.

The Villa is only 5 minutes from The Magic of Disney and only 3 minutes from the closest shops and restaurants. To reach our home from Orlando International Airport will take about 20 minutes and from Sanford Airport 45 minutes. Beaches are also just under an hours drive from the property.
