Indian Ridge is the premier rental location in the Kissimmee area Orlando region. The regions main theme park, Walt Disney World is less than 10 minutes away. This Florida villa is privately owned, modern in design and extremely well equipped. It was recently redecorated throughout; the 3 spacious bedrooms have been beautifully furnished to an exceptionally high standard.

This Florida villa comfortably sleeps 6,a sofa bed in the lounge converts into a Queen size bed enabling an additional couple to share, thus reducing the cost. In addition, complimentary highchairs, cots and folding beds are available on request.

The accommodation at the villa consist of an airy and spacious master bedroom, which is tastefully decorated in an African theme.

It benefits from an en-suite, queen size bed and cable TV. The large walk-in closet provides plenty of space for your clothes and is the location of the complimentary security safe. There is an additional single mattress for the children in your party and a travel cot is provided for babies.

The second bedroom is a "bright and breezy" room that contains a queen size bed and matching furniture accessories. The large wardrobe and numerous drawers provide plenty of storage space and a radio alrm clock and cable TV are also provided. Bedroom three has two single beds and is ideal for the children in your party. Overlooking the pool, this bedroom also has a radio alarm clock and substantial storage space.

The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are both served by the second bathroom. The lounge benefits from comfortable seating and extensive facilities for your leisure time. Cable TV with over 50 channels, a stereo system for your CDs/cassettes and a VCR together with a selection of Disney and action films are available. In addition, a Playstation 2 games console is provided for the children.

The pool area is private and regularly serviced with its water filtered daily. The entire pool area is fully screened with an excellent selection of quality poolside furniture; pool games and children's armbands are also provided for your comfort and safety as you relax in the Florida sunshine.

Security alarm and emergency lighting systems together with internal security locks and a security safe for your valuables are fitted whilst smoke detectors, first aid kits and a fire extinguisher are provided for your safety.

All bed linen and towels are provided and a gas barbecue, essential for all holidays, is located in the vicinity of the patio.
