A lovely getaway awaits you in sunny Florida. Our renting villa is situated in the community of Indian Wels in central Kissimmee. The residential development has a combination of rental and residential villas situated close to all amenities. Only 6 minutes to the main gates of Disney World and similarly to Sea World. Lovely designer shops are accessible off the free way as well as Orlando International Airport, only a 20 minutes drive.
This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom rental villa can sleep up to 8 people comfortably. There is a cot and high chair available and all towels and bedding are supplied. The villa is fully air-conditioned and tastefully decorated in the traditional Florida style. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in closet, queen size bed and a television whilst the other two bedrooms each has twin bedrooms sharing a bathroom.
The living area has comfortable sofas and a Cable TV and VCR. The living room also has direct access to the pool via patio doors that are alarmed for child safety purposes. The dining room is large enough to host the family for a lovely home cooked meal.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, a fridge/freezer, cooker, dishwasher, waste disposal, coffee maker and all the necessary kitchen utensils. There are also laundry facilities with a washing machine and dryer.
The villas own private pool, has a large garden overlooking a lake that is very serene and tranquil. The swimming pool area is fully screened and adjacent to the pool is the pool deck with sun loungers, tables and chairs. The pool can be heated at an additional cost.
