Fabulous 4 Bed Villa with own South facing pool and spa on a premium corner plot on the new Bella Vida Resort with its own clubhouse within easy reach of all the major Orlando and Disney attractions.
The Villa, which will sleep 10 people comprises of lounge with sofa bed, dining room, kitchen with centre island, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and garage. Pool and spa overlook a wooded conservation area.
All rooms benefit from air conditioning. Ceiling fans provide cooling air in all rooms except for 4th bedroom. There are TV`s with cable/satellite in all bedrooms and the lounge. All kitchen appliances and utensils, bedding and towels are provided and outside you will find poolside furniture.
A highchair and cot/playpen are stored in the garage should you need them.
Bella Vida which is situated immediately behind Medieval Times off US 192 is a gated community which has manned security entrance, a large clubhouse with FREE gym, internet room and TV lounge. A community pool and spa are outside with basketball, volley ball and play area. The whole resort is built around a 15 acre lake with walking and cycling trails.
