Blossom villa

Blossom villa is located in the Lake Berkley Resort, which is an upscale-gated community designed exclusively for vacationers. It features a large spring-fed lake with sandy beach, dock, volleyball and nature trail around the lake.

There is also a 2000 sq. ft. clubhouse with community pool, spa & fitness centre, tennis courts and children's playground. The resort is less than 10 minutes to Disney, close to Seaworld, Universal Studios and the Florida Mall.

Blossom villa has been built to a superior specification and was only completed in March 2000. It is very spacious offering fully air-conditioned living space of 2000 square feet.

Our professionally decorated, luxurious fully air-conditioned Villa contains 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large family room, separate dining room and living area, kitchen, a large private swimming pool and a double garage which also houses the washing machine and drier.

On entering the villa you will be in our formal lounge. A certain wow factor as this is a very spacious room providing for relaxation and formal dining. There are two sofas (one can be converted into a bed) and a Sony stereo system to create an atmosphere of relaxation and tranquillity.

Adjacent to the family room is the fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, self-cleaning cooking range, microwave, large fridge freezer, waste disposal system, plus all required cooking utensils and cutlery. There is a phone in the kitchen with free local calls; a 24-hour Wal-Mart is located within a 5-minute drive of the villa.

The lovely screened pool is south facing has plenty of patio seating and is surrounded by bougainvilleas for your privacy. The south facing aspect ensures sun all day and is cleaned and checked once a week and the gardens are maintained regularly by the Resort garden maintenance team.

Atlantic beaches and the Kennedy Space Centre are about an hour away, Orlando Airport is 20 minutes drive.
