There are four big bedrooms available at The Aitken Florida Villa, one of which is ensuite. This bedroom contains a comfortable queen size bed and lots of windows, to let the sun in. The entire villa is completely air conditioned, and the bedrooms also have ceiling fans for a cool breeze. There are also televisions in the rooms for late night viewing.

The further three bedrooms consist of one double room, also containing a queen size bed and then there is a twin bedded room, and another Disney themed room � also containing twin beds. These three rooms share a large family size bathroom, with a bath and shower.

The lounge is the perfect place to take it easy, in front of the large TV, where there is also a Playstation 2 console and a selection of games available. There is also a remarkable games room available at The Aitken Florida Villa, with a pool table, DVD player and even an electronic darts board for your entertainment when spending time at home.

The kitchen is warm and cozy, a great place to prepare delicious family meals with its� large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, electric oven and microwave oven. There is an adjacent breakfast nook for more casual meals, while the fancy dinners can be served in the formal dining room. Moms will be pleased with the separate utility room, where you�ll find a washer and dryer for your convenience while on holiday.

For days spent at home, why not soak up the warm Florida sunshine outside on the patio. You can catch a gorgeous tan, and when you feel a little hot � just take a dip in the refreshing pool! There is outside furniture, perfectly positioned beneath the shaded lanai, giving you the ideal spot for al fresco lunches!
