Our beautiful villa is fully air-conditioned and stands in an outstanding landscaped garden with the private south-facing pool/spa and rear of the property overlooking countryside. The accommodation is open plan design with vaulted ceilings and featured tiled floor in the living area beautifully furnished and fully equipped with cable televisions in 5 rooms, Home Cinema system, 2 DVD players, portable CD player and Playstation 2. For the benefit of our infant guests there is free use of a travel cot, highchair, 2 strollers and baby backpack.

Location
Our villa is located just off Old Lake Wilson Road with quick access to the 192 and is minutes from Junction 58 of I-4. Its only 10 minutes from Disney and the interstate link provides easy access to Seaworld, Universal Studios and all other attractions.
The newly built Reunion golf resort (which has just hosted the 2006 LPGA) and Championsgate are just a few minutes away with its world famous David Leadbetter Golf Academy.
A large Publix supermarket, post office, shops, restaurants and food outlets are also located at Championsgate.
Living Accomodation
Family Room A large spacious living area with vaulted ceiling, featured tiled flooring and dining facility. Complemented by cable television, Home Cinema system and movies, book library and CD player. Patio doors open onto and overlook our south-facing pool, garden and open countryside.
Well furnished to accommodate our guests with three new settees and offering all home comforts. Extra comfort also from additional ceiling fan. A great relaxing room to enjoy and unwind after a busy day.

Dining
There are two dining areas. One is situated near the kitchen and a further within the lounge. This table has insert to further expand to seat 8 people comfortably. Kitchen comes fully equipped with dishwasher, full-size electric cooker and microwave, large fridge freezer with ice-maker for those cool drinks. Small items such as coffee maker, toaster and kettle are all provided along with a generous supply of tableware and utensils. A door leads to the garage and utilty area with washer/drier and ironing facilities.
Highchair also provided free of charge.
Games Area
New. Free high speed internet access, Games area complete with 7ft pool table, full set of golf clubs, micro scooters, childrens bicycles.
